Kodak's Graphic Communications Group Promotes David Martin and Richard Lloyd to Key Newspaper Customer Service Positions

ROCHESTER, N.Y., April 11—Kodak’s Graphic Communication Group has elevated David Martin and Richard Lloyd to new positions serving newspaper printers.

Martin, who joined Kodak in 2002, has been named National and Strategic Account Manager. In this roll, he will continue to manage business development for KODAK Microzone Publishing Solutions and work with newspaper printers to find new sources of revenue, while helping to reduce operational costs.

During his time with Kodak, Martin has had a variety of sales responsibilities across the United States and was most recently Business Development Manager for KODAK Publishing Systems. Before joining Kodak, he held marketing and business development positions for equipment manufacturers serving the graphic arts industry. Martin is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

“Kodak is bringing a variety of new solutions to newspapers designed to drive new sources of revenue for our customers. David has been critical to keeping our customers informed about new solutions so they can take advantage of the enhanced performance, flexibility and quality available to improve their results,” said Patrick DeRose, Director of Sales – Newspapers & Packaging, Kodak.

Lloyd has been named Solution Sales Manager, Newspaper Segment, Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group, in the Central North region. Most recently he was a Technical Solutions Specialist with Kodak. Before joining Kodak, he worked for IBM as an IT Specialist, Sales Support Specialist and Product Support Specialist. Lloyd is a graduate of The Art Institute of Colorado in Denver.

 “Richard has been a vital contributor to the Kodak’s newspaper business and has built great relationships with our newspaper customers,” said DeRose.
