ROCHESTER, N.Y., Apr. 1—From legal forms to case files and general documents, government records account for large quantities of critical information. New York State Authorized Users can now choose Kodak’s capture solutions and services under the New York State Eastman Kodak Printer Contract. KODAK capture solutions and services advance document management capabilities and decrease the time and physical space required to effectively manage these files.
Document capture solutions are an important part of developing a digital information system to collect, store and preserve electronic records and publications. Digitized copies of important records are more easily retrieved and provide information in user friendly formats.
