ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 17—Kodak has announced that Patrick DeRose has been appointed United States and Canada (US&C) Director of Sales, Newspaper and Packaging Segments.

DeRose has been with Kodak since 1997 and will now expand his role to include responsibility for the packaging segment. He will continue to report to Michael Ciaramella, US&C Vice President Sales, Commercial Printing.

“Kodak is expanding its service to the North American packaging industry,” Ciaramella said. “Patrick DeRose is a proven leader and has earned the trust of both our customers and Kodak’s sales team.”

Joe Verone will continue to lead the packaging sales team and report to DeRose.

Kodak’s packaging segment offerings enable printers to accelerate processes and deliver shorter runs so that products can reach store shelves more quickly. Kodak’s quality provides printers with a high level of color consistency for packaging that jumps off the shelf.
