Sessions designed to demonstrate how KODAK Scan Station 100 with NSi AUTOSTORE software handles today’s document and records management issues
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 8—Resellers, software vendors, and end users will learn how to manage documents and records during the KODAK and Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi), series of webcast sessions titled “Taking Control of Records Management.” The informational sessions will explain how the new KODAK Scan Station 100 with NSi AUTOSTORE software handles current document and records management concerns.
“Best Practices for Distributed Capture and Network Scanning” will be presented twice on Thursday, Oct. 11. Attendees will learn tips for authenticating users, collecting index data, managing central network devices, previewing and managing data before sending, and conforming to compliance issues.
“MOSS 2007 – Scanning to MICROSOFT Office SharePoint Server” will be presented twice on Wednesday, Oct. 17.

Recently announced, the KODAK Scan Station 100 is now available with NSi’s distributed capture workflow software, AUTOSTORE. The solution offers intuitive, single touch operation for high quality document image capture and sharing through KODAK Perfect Page image processing technologies. KODAK Scan Station with NSi AUTOSTORE eliminates steps by allowing users to scan once and deliver documents to virtually any type of multiple formats.
