Position Title:
Remote Support Specialist, Hardware

Pre-Press Solutions Support
Overview:
The European Support Centre provides remote (90%) and onsite (10%) technical support to Kodak customers on breakthrough products across Europe. It has a very important role within the company since it is the first contact point for customers and thus influences on a high level the customer satisfaction and success by how well and fast the problem is being handled.
Expected Contributions:
- Provide remote support and on-site support on breakthrough technological products for our customers.
- This includes customer calls, call follow up, reporting and providing feedback for improvements in products and working methods in an international environment.
Experience Required:
- Technical qualification in engineering (electronics/mechanics/optics) and general computer experience
- Practical experience of fixing machines, either in lab or field will be an advantage
- Experience from the pre-press or printing industry will be an advantage
- Languages: Fluent in English + 2 other European languages
